We are seeking a Product Associate to serve as the product manager aligned to our Platform Applications team. This role supports a portfolio of critical capabilities, including Secure Content Delivery enabling multi‑million‑dollar transactions through secure file transfer; integration APIs across the email platform supporting a wide range of enterprise use cases; the SMTP registration and approval portal; and initiatives focused on migrating and integrating email data into our strategic data platforms. The Product Associate will work closely with engineering and stakeholders to define requirements, prioritise roadmaps, and drive execution across these areas.
With teams based in Jersey City, the United Kingdom, and India, this role plays a pivotal part in shaping both strategy and delivery within a global, agile, cross‑functional organisation that thrives in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment.
Job responsibilities:
Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and deliver value.
Prioritizes the product backlog &, maintain a vision for the product
Helps with overall product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks.
Measure product KPIs and success measures by understanding the target outcomes and tracking our progress against targets.
Working collaboratively with Engineering teams to ensure roadmaps strike the right balance between business delivery, technology enablement and operations work
Advocating for, and deeply understanding, the needs of the product’s customers
Works closely with users and key stakeholders to drive adoption and transform business workflows
Conducts market research and tracks industry developments understands implications to product vision and strategy
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
4+ years of broad product management, business management and operational roles
Experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
Experience in Technology product management role within enterprise environment.
Familiarity with common technical concepts, architectures, and cloud-based principles is critical, but hands on development experience is not essential.
Experience in a product management construct with an emphasis on data mapping and migrations
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts to senior management and customers
Experience providing roadmaps, product overviews, reports, backlog and documentation for enterprise technology solutions
Understanding of the end-to-end software development process, including product strategy development, customer engagement, architecture design, engineering, implementation, and operations. Experience writing technical stories in JIRA/confluence using industry standard notations
Knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, and emerging technologies
An understanding of software development methodologies and practices (SDLC, Agile, Scrum, etc.)
Experience of building strong, cohesive partnerships with key stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with a variety of partners and stakeholders
