  • Working with API-driven digital platforms involving defining requirements for interaction using REST APIs, understanding API interactions and delivering platform features including digital document collection, state machine management, and journey-driven workflows using the Activiti platform
  • Using Business Process management process to define functional workflows for each case
  • Working with REST API based messaging services to capture business requirements to publish messages at defined instances during the functional workflow
  • using Figma UI prototypes to create interactive visual representations of digital products, enabling designers and teams to simulate user flows, gather stakeholder feedback, and identify usability issues before development
