This role focuses on enabling internal teams (Customer Success, Professional Services, Customer Support) and external customers to effectively use DeepL's AI-powered language products. It involves developing and executing enablement programs, creating training materials, and ensuring readiness for product launches, ultimately aiming to improve customer satisfaction and product adoption.

What you'd actually do

  1. Translate business, product, and customer priorities into programs that strengthen operational readiness and deepen product expertise.
  2. Lead a high-performing team of enablement and product experts, ensuring their work translates into measurable outcomes like improved customer satisfaction and adoption.
  3. Ensure Customer Success, Professional Services, and Customer Support are prepared for product launches. You will build scalable readiness programs that equip teams for confident customer interactions.
  4. Own internal product guides and run continuous enablement programs—from onboarding to advanced skill-building—to keep teams up to date in the flow of work.
  5. Own customer enablement and training programs, designing formats (instructor-led, self-paced, workshops) that help B2B and Enterprise customers maximize product value.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience leading high-performing teams
  • 5+ years in Product Enablement, Customer Education, or Knowledge Management within SaaS
  • Experience building scalable operating models for internal teams and external customers
  • Deep expertise in either Product Enablement or Customer Education
  • Ability to build trusted partnerships across Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience
  • Data-driven and fluent in enablement/content platforms

Nice to have

  • experience with AI-enabled knowledge workflows is a plus
