Product Delivery Associate - System Configurations

This role is for a Product Delivery Associate focused on system configurations within Auto Servicing and Collections at JPMorgan Chase. The associate will support the build and maintenance of business process workflows, collaborate with technical leads, and ensure alignment with SDLC and Agile methodologies. Responsibilities include supporting delivery processes, contributing to change management, documenting blockers, managing dependencies, creating process documentation, testing workflows, and tracking tasks in Jira. The role requires experience in product or project management, familiarity with Agile/SDLC, and strong communication and organizational skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Supports delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies
  2. Contributes to change management activities across functional partners and documents adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  3. Documents blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availability
  4. Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelines
  5. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Process Design Documentation (PDDs), and Business Process Model Notations (BPMNs diagrams)
