What you'd actually do

  1. Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
  2. Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  3. Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
  4. Oversee the establishment of a secure Partner Data Platform for in-place data consumption
  5. Lead strategy and implementation for third-party partner authentication and authorization integration with data systems

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake, AWS, Lake Formation, and access management
  • Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, security, tokenization, and data anonymity principles
  • Proven ability to create and deliver impactful presentations and decks
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills; prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations and decks for stakeholders and leadership
  • Experience supporting analytics and reporting use cases
  • Previous experience with privacy preferences migration, customer data mapping, integration, and bulk loads
  • Champion tokenization and data anonymity practices to protect sensitive information

Nice to have

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Exposure to data labeling, tokenization, and policy enforcement
  • Experience in financial services or regulated industries is a plus
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Business, or related field
