Product Delivery Manager role focused on the implementation and delivery of quantitative modeling solutions for JPMorgan Chase's Deposits business. The role involves leading end-to-end product delivery processes, managing dependencies, and ensuring adherence to risk, controls, and regulatory requirements. It requires collaboration with business, software development, and modeling teams to integrate statistical and ML/AI models into the business, ultimately delivering value. What you'd actually do

  1. Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
  2. Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  3. Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
  4. Partner with the senior Deposits area lead to craft the strategic vision for the product over the next 1-2 years
  5. Own and continuously refine the product roadmap to provide an accurate view on whether we will reach project milestones

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
  • Undergraduate degree in a quantitative field
  • 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following fields: software development, QA, requirements analysis, product/program/project management, or another quantitative field
  • Results-driven, prioritizes progress over perfection and consistently advances deliverables
  • Maintains meticulous organization and manages multiple tasks effectively in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Comfortable collaborating across varying technical levels, from business users to advanced modelers and statisticians
  • Possesses basic programming skills (Python or similar) and/or experience with analytic tools like Alteryx
  • Demonstrates rapid learning ability for new business areas, software tools, and skills

Nice to have
