Product Delivery Manager for Identity and Access Management (IAM) at JPMorgan Chase. This role focuses on leading end-to-end product delivery processes, managing the product backlog, and ensuring adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements within the IAM organization. The primary goal is to develop and deliver solutions that manage the lifecycle of access security configurations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
  2. Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  3. Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
  4. Define and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  5. Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing competing priorities and managing evolving business needs

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent experience
  • Strong ability to decompose complex problems into actionable solutions and effectively present recommendations across all levels
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, concise messaging
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong leadership, relationship-building, and influencing capabilities

Nice to have

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • 5+ years of Business Analysis experience within the SDLC, with exposure to Agile methodologies preferred
