Product Delivery Manager for a Machine Learning & Intelligent Operations team focused on developing and sustaining innovative AI/ML solutions for Consumer & Community Banking Operations. The role involves driving end-to-end product execution, managing the roadmap, ensuring team health, and partnering with product and technology teams to overcome impediments.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build strong relationships with Product and Technical partners, setting clear expectations and providing excellent written and verbal communication
  2. Maintains a deep knowledge of area product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  3. Solid focus on risk and controls
  4. Partners with Product Owners (PO’s) / Area Product Owners (APO’s) and delivery leadership to confirm impacts and scope across teams
  5. Demonstrate excellent planning and delivery execution of product roadmap

Required

  • Expert knowledge in all business processes across an entire line of business, as well expertise in other lines of business and technology disciplines
  • Strong understanding of firmwide risk and controls
  • Understanding of global and line of business project and program management standards and methods
  • Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution
  • Strong understanding of Agile methods; stakeholder management; budget management, risk management and operations
  • Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the firm
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
