What you'd actually do

  1. Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
  2. Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  3. Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
  4. Lead end-to-end product delivery including intake, dependency management, risk materiality assessment, IT sprint development, change management, marketing, communication, testing, operationalization, production readiness and release management.
  5. Lead the completion of product and service change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the Firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
  • Must be motivated and productive working in a matrixed organization and demonstrate strong partnership and collaboration skills to drive cross functional teams.
  • Must possess a positive, team-oriented attitude and carry the culture and values of JPMorgan Chase
  • Must possess strong leadership skills as well as strong organizational skills to plan, organize and manage resources and tasks.
  • Must have a strong ability to analyze opportunities, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively and confidently (both verbal and written).
  • Must possess an understanding and have experience dealing with external vendors.
  • Must have sharp communication and presentation skills, and be comfortable interacting with and presenting to all levels of management.
  • Willingness to use AI for process improvement.
  • Strong working knowledge of JIRA and Microsoft suite to include PowerPoint, Project, Visio and Excel.
