What you'd actually do

  1. Lead product design initiatives, developing a deep understanding of the problem space, business needs, and user goals to achieve positive outcomes
  2. Build strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams across local and global locations - including designers, product managers, engineers, data scientists, researchers, users, and finance SMEs.
  3. Collaborate on generative and evaluative research studies
  4. Create concepts, prototypes, storyboards, and presentations to communicate product vision
  5. Define detailed designs and specifications for data-rich experiences, including complex workflows, interactions, and visualizations

Skills

Required

  • Experience working with complex data across multiple platforms (websites, mobile apps, products)
  • Ability to communicate abstract design concepts visually and verbally using storytelling
  • Experience designing digital products and services for enterprise solutions
  • Proficiency in methodologies for concepting, storyboarding, and prototyping
  • Experience applying design systems such as Google’s Material Design
  • Portfolio and case studies demonstrating design experience (link(s) required in resume)

Nice to have

  • Experience designing AI-enabled solutions and incorporating artificial intelligence into your process
  • Familiarity with financial terminology
  • Knowledge of Americans with Disabilities Act Standards for Accessible Design and WCAG
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
