What you'd actually do

  1. Design innovative experiences that help consumers discover new things, find what they’re looking for, and grow the business
  2. Influence product and shape strategy and direction for big company bets
  3. Break down large ambiguous problems into simple solutions and drive them from concept through completion.
  4. Explore new and creative ways to merchandise our growing selection of products throughout the end to end user journey, including novel interactions and design patterns.
  5. Raise the bar on design quality across the organization

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years experience in designing consumer products
  • Portfolio showing high quality, thoughtful visual and interaction designs
  • Figma expertise

Nice to have

  • Experience building products for Android, iOS, and the web
  • Track record of shipping great design, and an understanding of what details matter at each stage of the release cycle
  • Strong desire to learn new tools
  • Ability to strongly articulate design work and rationale
  • Effective prototyping skills
  • Motion design skills
  • Fast-paced with the ability to prioritize projects concurrently
  • Experience designing experiments of A/B Testing
  • Experience working and collaborating with teams with varied strengths in a multifaceted, rapid-growth tech environment
