Product Designer, Issuing

Stripe Stripe · Fintech · Canada · 8811 Product Design

Product Designer for Stripe's Money Management team, focusing on building a best-in-class card issuance system. The role involves designing intuitive interfaces and workflows for businesses to create, customize, and manage spend and credit cards, exploring trends like virtual cards and real-time controls. This is a product design role within the fintech domain, not directly related to AI/ML development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the end-to-end product design process from discovery through delivery.
  2. Ship meaningful, high quality experiences that balance business needs with usability.
  3. Collaborate with engineering, product, and other stakeholders to shape the team’s roadmap and goals from an impactful and measurable customer outcomes perspective. Leverage insights from our UXR team to identify opportunity areas, and to validate potential solutions to pain points.
  4. Partner with content design to craft compelling experiences that deliver the right information at the right time to the right user.
  5. Deliver from your strengths — whether that’s workshops, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, final comps and specs, or code—and have the opportunity to sharpen the skills you’re looking to develop.
