Product Designer for QA team focusing on evolving the QA experience for the age of AI, automating quality insights for human and AI-powered interactions, and revolutionizing AI for service with the Zendesk Resolution Platform.

What you'd actually do

  1. Live and breathe quality assurance and CX, thinking about how AI can ensure products and services consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.
  2. Partner with the product & engineering teams to research and develop new QA platform capabilities for our customers.
  3. Work across cross-functional teams, partnering with product managers, engineers, researchers and content strategists on developing designs from ideas to execution and ensuring a detailed approach to the design process.
  4. Design interaction models, flows, wireframes, and hi-fidelity mockups that promote ease of use and optimise how customers interact with our products while partnering with other designers on the larger product vision.
  5. Present design solutions to partners and senior executives, defend design decisions, and incorporate feedback into the design cycle.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of professional experience in designing consumer or business SaaS applications
  • Prior experience with designing LLM integrations and AI feature workflows
  • Ability to operate in a technical environment and help visualize the impact of technical decisions on the global user experience
  • A solid design process and collaboration mindset
  • expertise to rapidly communicate and prototype design concepts at various levels of fidelity
  • demonstrating a proactive approach in navigating ambiguity

Nice to have

  • QA product is a plus
