Product Designer (UI/UX) for a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) product in the AI security space. The role involves designing end-to-end user experiences, from prototypes to implementation, and contributing to the product's design system. The company focuses on protecting sensitive data in the age of AI by understanding data, access, and behaviors across humans, systems, and AI.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own your design domain! Full accountability for the product design.
  2. Shape and refine feature experiences with a strong focus on detail, quality, and consistency across the broader product journey.
  3. Quickly turn ideas into tangible prototypes to communicate concepts and generate momentum.
  4. Deliver high-quality work through creative problem-solving in fast-moving, and ambiguous.
  5. Work closely with the product stakeholders – Product Managers, Engineering, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and Marketing to bring exciting features to life.

Skills

Required

  • B.A. in Design / Industrial design / Visual communication
  • Team player, positive attitude, problem-solver.
  • Accountability and sense of ownership
  • 5+ years of professional experience designing complex systems/platforms and SaaS B2B Web applications.
  • Mastery of Figma, prototyping, and other applicable tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work fast and produce multiple solutions
  • Pixel-perfect attitude, with attention to the smallest of details

Nice to have

  • Experience in a similar role in Cybersecurity.
  • Experience working on Data-Driven products.
