What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with Product counterparts and senior Product Development members to design Custody Positions & Settlements offerings and identify innovative solutions for product improvements and new launches.
  2. Guide product enhancements through requirements development, testing, release management, and post-implementation review.
  3. Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to the product roadmap for the multi-year program.
  4. Coordinate testing leads, manage feedback, and implement enhancements based on priorities.
  5. Manage effective working group meetings across Product, Operations, and Technology to deliver key elements of the strategic platform and keep stakeholders informed.

Skills

Required

  • Extensive experience in Custody Securities Services, security, investment management, and/or global custody environments.
  • Proven track record of managing and leading global teams, with strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic roadmaps, make high-impact decisions, and deliver business results.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leaders and clients across regions.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple streams of work concurrently.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging across teams and management levels.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with large volumes of data and convert into actionable insights.
