Product Director for Entitlements within a cloud-native product organization, leading Product Owners and partnering with Engineering to deliver business-critical products. The role involves influencing target-state architecture, modernizing applications, and ensuring alignment with blueprints and security standards. What you'd actually do

  1. Proven product leadership experience, 10+ years delivering enterprise-scale, business-critical platforms across the full product lifecycle
  2. Demonstrated people leadership experience managing and developing managers/senior Product Owners, building high-performing teams, and scaling product operating models.
  3. Strong strategic mindset with a track record of translating business objectives into product strategy, roadmaps, OKRs/KPIs, and measurable outcomes.
  4. Define success metrics (OKRs/KPIs), instrument products for adoption and performance, and drive continuous improvement through experimentation.
  5. Own product vision and multi-year strategy for a portfolio; align priorities to strategic goals and ensure consistent execution across teams.
