What you'd actually do

  1. Own the payments and commerce strategy across EMEA, ensuring the optimal mix of local payment methods in each market.
  2. Monitor market performance, analyse key KPIs, and identify opportunities to improve payment success rates and customer outcomes
  3. Partner with global and regional teams to plan and deliver product features for Disney+ across EMEA
  4. Collaborate with legal, compliance, and privacy teams to ensure product features meet all local market requirements
  5. Lead complex product initiatives, setting priorities and aligning multiple stakeholder groups

Skills

Required

  • Successful track record in product and/or working within a global matrix for product prioritisation
  • Experience in product environment.
  • Results-focused with extensive experience in test and learn at a customer level
  • Thrives through working in cross-functional / multi-territory teams, ideally experience in an international matrix organisation
  • A deep understanding and interest in latest technology and digital businesses, awareness of the unique challenges of a consumer subscription business essential
  • Understanding of market nuances and dynamics to deliver a global strategy while also balancing local adaptions to drive local results
  • An outstanding data driven approach to understand customer behaviors
