This role is for a Product Experience Specialist who will provide customer support, gather product insights, and help build a new Product Experience team. What you'd actually do

  1. Become a Lovable expert: Understand every part of our product — deeply
  2. Provide Delightful Support: Solve a wide range of user problems with speed, warmth, and clarity across US time zones
  3. Troubleshoot and escalate effectively: Investigate bugs, edge cases, and unexpected behavior, partnering with engineering when needed to get users unblocked
  4. Improve our support stack: Keep our internal knowledge base up to date and find ways to improve our processes
  5. Be the Voice of the Customer: Take extreme ownership in making sure user feedback drives product direction
