Product Lead for Growth at Plaid, focusing on optimizing the customer lifecycle from acquisition to activation and long-term success. This role involves setting strategy for funnel optimization, down-market acquisition, enterprise enablement, and customer lifecycle management, partnering with various teams including Engineering, Design, BI/DS, Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships. The role also supports key enterprise and partnership deals and oversees foundational systems for onboarding, compliance, and risk evaluation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead PMs across Growth, Web, and Customer Foundations.
  2. Define the end-to-end growth strategy across website, PLG, SMB, enterprise, and partnerships.
  3. Own core funnel performance: traffic → MQL → onboarding → activation.
  4. Drive scalable SMB and long-tail customer acquisition motions.
  5. Partner with Sales and Partnerships to support large enterprise deals, identify product gaps, and shape deal mechanics.

Skills

Required

  • 8-10+ years of product management experience
  • 2+ years managing PMs
  • Demonstrated success leading PLG or B2B growth at scale
  • Strong analytical and funnel optimization skills
  • Comfort with data modeling and experimentation
  • Deep experience partnering with GTM teams (Sales, Partnerships, Marketing)
  • Experience supporting enterprise deals or partnership motions
  • Demonstrated ability to operate across multiple domains: growth, risk, compliance, onboarding, internal systems
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
