Product Leader for Finance Engineering at Klaviyo, a public SaaS company. The role requires a product mindset, experience in enterprise systems, and understanding of SOX ITGC.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and maintain the multi-year strategy and roadmap for Klaviyo’s Finance technology stack ( procure-to-pay, order-to-cash( revenue and billing,treasury), record-to-report( close and reconciliation), aligned to the CFO’s agenda and the company’s financial plan.
  2. Collaborate with application owners, x-functional teams, business systems analysts, administrators, and integration specialists in driving functional design and delivering the agreed upon roadmap
  3. Lead Klaviyo's push to make Finance one of the most automated, insight-driven functions in the company. You'll identify and deliver high-value AI use cases across the Finance workflow.
  4. Have a product mindset and partner with Controllership, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Procurement leaders to improve and continuously refine end‑to‑end Finance workflows across procure‑to‑pay, record‑to‑report, and order‑to‑cash, ensuring systems and processes are tightly aligned.
  5. Serve as the primary technology partner for the CFO, Controller, and Finance leadership team on systems, data, and process topics; translate business strategy into clear product technical decisions and trade‑offs.

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years in enterprise or business systems, with meaningful ownership of Finance technology at a tech or SaaS company
  • 4+ years in product design, responsible for order-to cash, record-to-report, procure-to-pay, revenue/billing, and financial close systems
  • Understanding of practical SOX ITGC experience and a clean track record working with Internal Audit and external auditors
  • Solid understanding of enterprise-led growth and system features
