Product Management Director for Salesforce's Agentforce for Life Sciences (AFLS) team, focusing on Events Management. What you'd actually do

  1. Define product strategy, roadmap priorities, and release scope for Events Management capabilities within AFLS
  2. Translate complex customer needs into clear product requirements, user workflows, data model needs, and delivery plans
  3. Partner across product, engineering, design, architecture, solution engineering, customer success, and go to market teams to deliver scalable product capabilities
  4. Identify opportunities to simplify event workflows through automation, AI, guided experiences, and compliance by design

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, CRM, workflow platforms, or related SaaS products
  • Experience owning complex product areas from discovery through delivery, including roadmap definition, requirements, prioritization, and release execution
  • Strong systems thinking across workflows, data models, roles, permissions, approvals, integrations, and operational dependencies
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and cross functional teams to clarify requirements, make tradeoffs, and deliver scalable product capabilities

Nice to have

  • Experience in life sciences, healthcare, medtech, pharmaceuticals, or another regulated industry
  • Experience with events management, speaker programs, advisory boards, grants, compliance workflows, contracts, payments, or commercial operations
  • Experience with Salesforce, CRM platforms, field force workflows, customer engagement, or industry cloud products
  • Experience applying AI, automation, guided workflows, or agentic experiences to enterprise business processes
