Product Manager responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring brand growth and profitability within the pharmaceutical industry. This role involves market analysis, campaign execution, business case development, cross-functional team leadership, demand planning, budget management, and sales force support.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop the strategies of the Marketing Plan and ensure its correct execution and follow-up. This is done by analyzing relevant market information, MS, price analysis and monitoring the performance of brands on sale, sell in and sell out for the public and private market.
  2. Prepare and implement marketing campaigns, promotions and new product launches using the respective commercialization channels and following corporate guidelines and orientation.
  3. Elaboration of business cases whenever necessary for review of market opportunities, price review, product launches, etc.
  4. Lead meetings with the Cross Functional team, ensuring that the entire team has the priorities, brand objectives, as well as, the follow-up on short and medium-term action plans.
  5. Demand planning in the short, medium and long term. Ensuring timely product request and follow-up until arrival in the country.
