Product Manager for Microsoft Marketplace, a global commerce platform for cloud solutions, AI apps, and agents.   1. Own and drive key marketplace platform priorities, translating strategy into clear roadmaps, execution plans, and measurable outcomes
  2. Lead cross‑functional efforts to improve partner and customer experiences, including APIs and user experiences
  3. Partner closely with engineering to deliver secure, extensible, API‑first platform capabilities that scale across offer types and ecosystems
  4. Use data, customer insights, and partner feedback to identify friction, prioritize investments, and drive continuous improvement
  5. Aligning stakeholders on tradeoffs, dependencies, and progress against goals

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience

Nice to have

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, program management, or building large‑scale platform or commerce systems.
  • Experience driving complex, cross‑team initiatives from strategy through delivery.
  • Written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior and executive audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects with empathy, operate inclusively, and build trust across diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience working on platforms, marketplaces, APIs, or developer ecosystems.
  • Experience with systems thinking, with the ability to design capabilities that scale across products, customers, and geographies.
  • Experience using data, experimentation, and customer insights to drive prioritization and measure impact.
