Product Manager for Unity's Marketplace & Commerce team, focusing on optimizing the user journey across marketing, web, commerce, and product layers. The role involves bridging organizational gaps, defining AI's role in GTM strategy, and supporting initiatives like Agentic Commerce and asset distribution.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the Funnel: Map and analyze the end-to-end user journey, from marketing touchpoints to the web/commerce layer and into long-term product retention.
  2. Unify Strategy: Bridge the gaps between marketing, web teams, commerce platforms, and product groups to create a cohesive experience for our users.
  3. Support Strategic Projects: Provide product leadership on ongoing initiatives, including Magenta commerce, the expansion of our user groups, and broader asset distribution across the Unity ecosystem.
  4. Uncover Opportunity: Proactively identify untapped areas of growth and retention, build the business case, and lead the cross-functional execution.
  5. Collaborate & Influence: Work directly with engineers, data scientists, and marketing stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that meet evolving business needs.
