Product Manager for Microsoft's Trust and Secure Services (TSS) team, focusing on features that protect Microsoft's products and services throughout the digital supply chain. What you'd actually do

  1. Product Opportunity Identification: Identify gaps in our product and propose solutions for unmet customer needs.
  2. Leverage AI toolsets in support of the New Production Function way of working.
  3. Defining product features, requirements, and success measures to meet our partner and customer's data needs.
  4. Data-Driven Analysis and Executions: Use data analysis to identify needs of our customers and gaps in our data products.
  5. Evangelize supported features with stakeholders to increase parter team usage and adoption our products.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development o OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).
  • Experience creating geospatial or mapping products.
  • Experience working with large location-enabled datasets.
  • Experience creating web search features.
  • Experience working with AI technologies, Retrieval Augment Generation systems, AI agents,
