What you'd actually do

  1. Identify ads management and serving needs unique to Live events due to high unpredictability, massive traffic spikes, and simultaneous global delivery.
  2. Take a holistic yield management approach across direct and indirect demand and supply channels, long-term commitments and real-time bidding.
  3. Work with internal product and engineering stakeholders as well as external partners across both the Live Streaming and the Ads infrastructure teams to enable seamless ad delivery for our customers.
  4. Manage products from concept to launch, delivering features iteratively to solve the business challenges before them.
  5. Define how we will measure the success and effectiveness of our products, and drive the execution and continuous evaluation of those metrics.

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience with a proven record of successfully launching and scaling platforms
  • Live advertising experience in either real-time bidding or ad serving domains
  • Experience with yield optimization for a publisher across programmatic and direct sales channels, ideally with Live ad supply
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights to drive product decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, with a strong ability to adapt to new challenges and opportunities
