Product Manager for Netflix Ads' Laboratory Infrastructure, responsible for building foundational technology to manage and optimize the lifecycle of experiments for scientists and experimenters across the Netflix Ad Suite. This involves defining product vision, roadmapping, and partnering with cross-functional teams to launch scalable and flexible solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for Netflix Ads’ Laboratory Infrastructure for managing and optimizing the lifecycle of experiments, and platform capabilities for experimenters.
  2. Design and maintain a robust laboratory infrastructure that supports a wide range of supply and demand-side experiments, enabling sophisticated experimentation with ad inventory, yield optimization, audience targeting, and advertising effectiveness.
  3. Partner with engineering, data science, experimentation platform, design, sales, ad operations, marketing, strategy, policy, and legal teams to launch products that meet diverse customer requirements and increase adoption.
  4. Prioritize and manage the product roadmap, balancing near-term delivery with long-term strategic planning to provide scalable and flexible solutions.
  5. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product features and enhancements.

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of Product Management experience
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling foundational tech
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver an ambitious roadmap and vision
  • Deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem
  • Familiarity with data privacy
  • Familiarity with industry working practices
  • Deep understanding of experimentation in multi-sided marketplaces
