What you'd actually do

  1. Support product requirements documents (PRDs) by collaborating with engineering, program management, and design partners to implement feature requirements.
  2. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for specific features leveraging Agentic AI to automate user solutions within communication channels such as email, voice, and chat.
  3. Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and work through complexities of communications and AI model integration.
  4. Leverage data and user insights to evaluate feature performance, measure automated solution effectiveness, and identify areas to optimize channel performance.
  5. Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, UX, marketing, research, sales, and support operations teams to manage successful feature launches and communicate status to stakeholders.
