Product Manager to lead AI-powered experiences across Chime's core app, shaping the next-generation AI consumer experience to help millions of members understand their money, make smarter decisions, and achieve financial progress. This is a 0->1 role defining vision, strategy, and roadmap for intuitive, personalized, and impactful AI experiences, translating member data into actionable insights. Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience building and shipping consumer-facing product experiences within mobile or web apps, taking ideas from 0→1
  • Hands-on experience working with AI/ML-powered products or features (e.g., personalization, recommendations, automation)
  • Strong product sense with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into intuitive user experiences
  • Track record of defining product strategy and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data, and design teams
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving clarity across stakeholders
  • Experience using experimentation, analytics, and user insights to inform decisions
