About the Role
Earlier this year, Cyera established an entirely new group with a singular focus: Enabling our customers to safely adopt AI. Not just secure AI use after the fact - but discover it, govern it, and protect it end to end.
You'll join this group as we define what enterprise-grade AI security looks like from scratch. The work spans detection and classification of AI usage across the enterprise, governance frameworks for AI agents and models, and the controls that let security teams move as fast as the technology they're protecting against. The market is moving fast - new models, new attack surfaces, new regulatory pressures, new customer needs - and keeping up isn't optional. You'll need to live at the edge of what's happening, synthesize signal from noise, and turn it into product decisions before others have even framed the question.
This is a rare role: Deeply strategic, deeply technical, and deeply consequential.
** What You’ll Do**
- You'll own product initiatives across the AI security lifecycle - from how enterprises discover AI sprawl across their environments, to how they govern AI agent behavior, to how they enforce data protection in a world where models are the new attack surface.
- You'll work across the full spectrum - partnering with world-class R&D teams pushing the boundaries of what's technically possible, engaging CISOs and security architects at Fortune 500 companies globally to understand real-world constraints, and collaborating with GTM to translate customer needs into product direction. The environment is fast, sometimes chaotic, and genuinely exciting - the kind of place where the problem space shifts under your feet and that's a feature, not a bug.
Requirements
Who You Are
Must-Haves
- You have a strong track record in B2B product management - ideally in security, data, or enterprise SaaS - but specific knowledge of any of these domains is less critical than authentic curiosity and a proven track record of building great products in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional product taste and passion for creating delightful product experiences.
- You understand how large organizations actually operate: The compliance pressures, the procurement cycles, the gap between what security teams want and what they can deploy.
- You have a clear point of view on AI and where enterprise security is headed.
- You're as comfortable in a whiteboard session with an enterprise architect as you are deep in a research paper because something just dropped that changes everything.
- You thrive on ambiguity, move with urgency, and find energy in the pace rather than fighting it.
- You are excited about the opportunity to join a team of high performers in a high pressure environment and take an active role in contributing to the success of Cyera and our customers.
