What you'd actually do

  1. Guide teams across Human Interface, Engineering, Legal, Business Development, Marketing, Analytics, and Operations, leading intricate cross-functional projects.
  2. Drive innovation in provisioning and fraud prevention that protects users while reducing friction.
  3. Help envision and build new strategies, roadmaps, and product features for the provisioning and risk platform.
  4. Drive progress by evangelizing product strategy to build alignment across executives, colleagues, and external partners.
  5. Challenge assumptions and deliver solutions first and foremost with Apple's customers in mind despite the complexity that is often behind the scenes.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience building and launching consumer products with designers, engineers, and data scientists
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives spanning engineering, design, marketing, and legal
  • Technical foundation, with the ability to engage with engineering teams and understand system-level tradeoffs
  • Expertise with payment and identity technology end to end, including card provisioning, identification and verification (ID&V), tokenization, device and behavioral signals, fraud detection, dispute and chargeback flows
  • Fluency with payment ecosystem players' roles and strategies (Networks, Issuers, token service providers)
  • Ability to synthesize complex topics, drive alignment, and communicate effectively with senior leadership

Nice to have

  • Proven ability to impact provisioning and fraud business metrics, such as provisioning approval and step-up rates, fraud rate, and account takeover
  • Working knowledge of how machine learning is applied to risk decisioning — including signal design, model evaluation, and the tradeoffs between precision, recall, and user friction
  • Familiarity with the regulatory environment shaping authentication and provisioning (e.g., 3-D Secure, SCA, evolving identity standards)
  • Track record of operational excellence — defining processes, managing program execution, and delivering results with consistency and rigor
  • Experience working across multiple product areas within a platform or ecosystem
  • MBA or advanced degree a plus
