What you'd actually do

  1. Identify & Scope Opportunities: Partner closely with business stakeholders, operational leaders, and demand intake partners to identify, qualify, and scope new automation opportunities.
  2. Facilitate Discovery Sessions: Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to thoroughly understand current-state processes, operational pain points, transaction volumes, exception rates, and upstream/downstream dependencies.
  3. Document Requirements: Translate discovery findings into structured use cases, process flows, and business requirements that seamlessly support downstream technical design and delivery.
  4. Feasibility Screening: Perform initial technical feasibility screening and route opportunities to the appropriate technology path (RPA, Power Platform, APIs, AI-assisted tools, or self-service solutions).
  5. Quantify ROI: Write robust, value-justified business cases with defined problem statements, success metrics, and stakeholder sign-off before work enters the development pipeline.
