What you'd actually do

  1. Drive the long-term vision for ClickPipes (1–2 years)
  2. Lead the iterative evolution of ClickPipes — for example, identifying the next high-priority connector based on customer and field research and so on.
  3. Conduct product planning exercises every few months to provide clear direction to engineering
  4. Set iterative business goals and align all stakeholders to pursue them with ownership and urgency
  5. Work closely with strategic enterprise customers to ensure their success

Skills

Required

  • Knowledgeable about data engineering markets - data warehousing, data analytics, data science, business intelligence, and observability
  • Previous experience with ClickHouse or related OLAP technologies, including confirmed SQL skills
  • Passionate about improving the ecosystem of developer-related integrations (language clients, SDKs, connectors) into features that are powerful and easy to use
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving based on business needs
