What you'd actually do

  1. Contribute to roadmap definition and execute against priorities that support content decision-making across scheduling, acquisition, and slate intelligence.
  2. Own specific product workstreams end-to-end, from requirements gathering and discovery through to launch and iteration, proactively seeking input from your manager and peers when needed.
  3. Develop a deep understanding of how Content teams work: their workflows, pain points, and the decisions they need to make on a daily basis.
  4. Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable product requirements for engineering and design partners.
  5. Work closely with data science and analytics teams to surface meaningful signals and ensure insights reach the right people at the right time.

Skills

Required

  • 3–5 years of Product Management experience
  • Experience with working on insights-focused products
  • Strong execution skills
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative, low-ego working style
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action

Nice to have

  • prior exposure to the entertainment industry or content-driven businesses
  • Experience building internal tooling or enterprise products for knowledge workers
  • Familiarity with content acquisition, licensing, or scheduling workflows
  • Exposure to AI/ML-native products & AI based prototyping
