Product Manager to own the definition, development, and evolution of core context serving capabilities for a Data Context Layer (DCL). This layer provides consistent, reusable, and scalable context across enterprise data products, addressing data fragmentation and enabling agentic AI capabilities by providing structured context and semantic grounding. The role operates at the intersection of product, architecture, and enterprise platforms, focusing on self-service serving of standardized data context for both traditional data products and emerging AI-driven use cases.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the product vision, requirements, and roadmap for the assigned capability within the context platform.
  2. Define how the capability supports standardized, self-service serving of data context.
  3. Partner with engineering, architecture, and governance teams to translate standards into implementable product requirements.
  4. Ensure the capability is intuitive for users and scalable for enterprise adoption.
  5. Define workflows for: publishing context, discovering context, consuming context through approved interfaces, validating and maintaining context quality.

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of product management experience in technical products, data platforms, or enterprise software.
  • Ability to work closely with engineering teams on platform or infrastructure capabilities.
  • Familiarity with data context, metadata, ontology, or semantic concepts.
  • Working knowledge of agentic AI, prompt engineering, and context engineering concepts.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience defining requirements for self-service or platform capabilities.
  • Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and enterprise standards.
