Product Manager, Core Agents

Asana Asana · Enterprise · San Francisco, CA · Product Management

Product Manager for Core Agents at Asana, focusing on defining and building AI agents that plan, execute, and coordinate work within Asana's work graph. The role involves ensuring agents act reliably and safely, building evaluation and monitoring systems, shaping agent collaboration with external systems (tool use, integrations), and partnering with engineering, design, and data science to deliver impactful product experiences for the agentic enterprise. Requires experience with AI, agents, automation, LLMs, prompt engineering, and complex systems.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the product vision and prioritized roadmap for AI agents, tying every investment directly to customer impact and Asana's mission.
  2. Ship agents that take dependable, high-quality action across the work graph by planning, executing, and coordinating work end-to-end.
  3. Build the evaluations, red-teaming, and monitoring systems that measure agent behavior, and drive relentless iteration on quality, reliability, and regressions after launch.
  4. Shape how agents work together and with external systems, focusing on tool use and integrations so agents can reason over the right context and coordinate to complete complex, multi-step work.
  5. Partner closely with engineering, design, and data science to turn highly ambiguous agent problems into shipped, high-impact product experiences.
