Product Manager for the International SMS team at Klaviyo, responsible for expanding SMS and RCS offerings internationally. This role involves defining strategy and roadmap, working with engineering and design, and ensuring compliance with international regulations. What you'd actually do

  1. Drive strategy for a large and complex product area, defining success and prioritizing the most significant opportunities in line with company goals.
  2. Adapt strategy as you learn, knowing when to start, scale, or stop investments.
  3. Partner with engineering, design, and analytics to set vision, build a roadmap, and deliver against goals while clearing blockers and strengthening team health.
  4. Lead with technical proficiency—deeply understanding how things work to guide complex initiatives and improve developer and customer experience
  5. Accelerate velocity in zero-to-one product areas by fostering rapid experimentation, reducing ambiguity, and shortening cycle times

Skills

Required

  • 1-3 years of product management experience in B2B and/or eCommerce
