Johnson & Johnson Johnson & Johnson · Pharma · São Paulo, Brazil +1

Product Manager for Decision Products within HR Data & Intelligence, focusing on building AI-driven capabilities to inform and shape workforce decisions. The role involves product discovery, definition, delivery, and continuous evolution of interactive decision experiences for HR and business leaders, working closely with data science, data platform, and design teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for decision products focused on talent, capacity, skills, and workforce health, ensuring products address real decision needs rather than static reporting
  2. Identify and prioritize high-value workforce decision moments, partnering with HR and business leaders to understand the questions they need to answer and the actions they need to take
  3. Translate complex workforce and talent questions into clear product requirements, user stories, and decision workflows, working closely with data science, data platform, data product, and design partners
  4. Shape and deliver interactive decision experiences that enable scenario exploration, trade-off analysis, and contextual understanding—moving beyond dashboards to support confident action
  5. Partner with Data Platform, Data Stewardship, and Data Quality teams to ensure decision products are built on trusted, well-defined, and performant data foundations
