Adobe Adobe · Enterprise · San Jose, CA

Product Manager for Adobe's Buying Programs organization, focusing on prioritizing and driving projects for thousands of valuable customers. This role involves developing roadmaps, defining technical requirements, leading cross-functional projects from inception to delivery, and managing stakeholder needs. The position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in pricing-focused areas being a plus. While Adobe mentions AI in its company description and hiring guidelines, this specific role is centered on product management and business operations rather than direct AI/ML development.

  2. Lead cross-functional projects by providing project leadership from inception to delivery. Drive ground-breaking, business-impacting initiatives by translating long-term strategies into solutions.
  3. Work in Jira, wiki, and other collaborative tools to lead project status and working meetings, evaluate risks and issues, and overall solution delivery. Define clear acceptance criteria and collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and end users to develop and carry out test plans.
  4. Connect with stakeholders on an ongoing basis to clearly understand their needs and problems. Have a detailed understanding of business and platform strategy to influence decision making, business rationale, and key findings to stakeholders at different levels across the organization.
