  4. Drive go-to-market strategy for enterprise AI products in APAC markets, with potential for global expansion
  5. Scale AI best practices (including responsible AI use), workflows, and artifacts across product teams so the organization's capabilities compounds over time

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience
  • 3+ years experience leading AI/ML product initiatives at scale (enterprise or B2B preferred)
  • APAC market experience
  • Track record shipping products that drove measurable business outcomes for enterprise customers
  • Experience developing and scaling AI-native strategies including evals and data strategies across teams
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments and influencing without authority
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
