  5. Partner with engineering and data teams to support the development of intelligent features, workflows, and system integrations.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager
  • Proficient in Jira for backlog management, ticket creation, and sprint tracking.
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI coding tools and LLMs
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Proficient with standard collaboration tools including Slack, Google Drive, and Zoom.
  • Bachelor's degree in Product Management or a related field; OR equivalent practical, hands-on experience in lieu of a degree.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with large-scale construction, real estate, or capital programs
  • Experience with deploying low/no code applications or features
  • Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) frameworks and multi-agent architectures
  • Familiarity with UI/UX and the latest AI design tools like Figma
