Ford is looking for a leader to drive forward a portfolio of innovative products and enhancement within the Digital Product space. The focus of this position is on our Ford App Storefront, an experience available in mobile and in vehicle enabling customers to discover, shop for, and manage vehicle upgrades. The team is looking for a passionate and strategic Product Manager who loves to innovate and drive products forward, ultimately changing tens of millions of customers' lives.

The Product Manager will be responsible for defining strategy, managing a portfolio of products, creating new customer experiences to drive meaningful improvement in business performance, analyzing data, and coordinating a team of engineers, designers, and product managers to fulfill the vision. The ideal candidate will also be customer-obsessed, will have an ability to operate strategically, and work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. This ideal candidate will also have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results

This position is a salary grade 7-8 and ranges from $84,480 - $160,000.
