What you'd actually do

  1. Own the full funnel from signup through sustained engagement, with a mandate to reimagine it rather than optimize it
  2. Dramatically improve how users find success with Airtable: deeply understand who they are and what they're trying to do, and design experiences that meet them there
  3. Lead AI-powered personalization across setup, in-product guidance, and re-engagement
  4. Build a rigorous experimentation practice and drive fast learning cycles across the team
  5. Partner with teams across the org to ship cohesive, adaptive experiences
