Product Manager - Global Employer Services Technology Center

Product Manager role focused on defining and evolving product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for technology offerings supporting global workforce, mobility, business travel, and remote working needs. The role involves translating client, business, regulatory, risk, and control requirements into product requirements, partnering with engineering and design teams, and leading product lifecycle activities. It also supports delivery of reporting, integration, and automation capabilities using AWS services, AI/ML tools, LLMs, and agentic systems.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and evolve product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for technology offerings that support global workforce, mobility, business travel, and remote working needs.
  2. Translate client, business, regulatory, risk, and control requirements into product requirements, user stories, and release plans.
  3. Partner with engineering, design, go-to-market, and subject matter teams to deliver cloud-based, compliance-focused, and intelligent product enhancements and new capabilities.
  4. Lead product lifecycle activities, including discovery, prioritization, testing, launch planning, incident management, root cause analysis, and performance monitoring.
  5. Support delivery of reporting, integration, and automation capabilities using AWS services, AI and machine learning tools, large language models, and structured data formats.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, product development, or risk evaluation and control
  • Proven experience translating business or regulatory requirements into product requirements, roadmaps, or release plans
  • working with cross-functional teams that include technology, design, and business stakeholders
  • using Agile or Scrum delivery methods and product lifecycle management tools
  • Proven experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), Lambda, Glue, Elastic MapReduce (EMR), CloudWatch, Redshift, and Aurora
  • artificial intelligence and machine learning frameworks
