What you'd actually do

  1. Reimagining the status quo, finding value creation opportunities, and driving innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology.
  2. Transforming Global Payment Network, encompassing the relationships, technologies, and processes that facilitate the movement of money for Capital One's card, banking, and commercial products across both domestic and international rails.
  3. Understanding and strategically managing the GPN is essential for maximizing customer value, optimizing costs, driving innovation in payments, and ensuring compliance.
  4. Demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, Transformational Leadership.
