What you'd actually do

  1. Own the mission, strategy, goals, and metrics to measure those goals
  2. Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data analysts and designers in developing and supporting product initiatives
  3. Identify strategies to attract and engage physicians through social and career connections
  4. Set clear strategy, with audacious goals, providing the team with direction and inspiration
  5. Enthusiastically design tests, summarizing test results and building frameworks to make data-informed launch decisions

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep empathy for clinicians and an interest in the profession and culture of medicine
  • Proven track record driving product growth across web and mobile, with clear impact on key metrics (e.g., activation, engagement, retention)
  • Highly analytical and data-driven; experienced running rapid experiments and optimizing funnels end-to-end
  • Results-oriented, balancing bold growth bets with iterative improvements that reduce friction and increase conversion
  • Strong bias for action; able to quickly turn hypotheses into shipped experiments
  • Skilled at identifying growth opportunities through user behavior, data insights, and market trends
  • Collaborative partner across engineering, design, data, and marketing to drive growth outcomes
  • Experience working alongside growth marketers, with hands-on familiarity with the tools and metrics that drive acquisition, activation, and retention campaigns
  • Able to work from our San Francisco office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday each week
