Product Manager for Go-To-Market (GTM) Technology Platforms, focusing on Salesforce CRM, marketing automation, and customer support systems. What you'd actually do

  1. Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution for GTM technology platforms including Salesforce CRM, marketing automation, and customer support systems
  2. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations teams to identify business needs and translate them into scalable platform solutions
  3. Explore and implement AI-powered capabilities across the GTM stack, including use cases such as sales insights, marketing personalization, support automation, and intelligent workflows
  4. Work with emerging technologies such as Salesforce Agentforce and AI models like Claude to prototype and deliver AI-enabled experiences for sales, marketing, and support teams
  5. Ensure the GTM ecosystem supports accurate reporting, analytics, and data-driven commercial decision making

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related field or equivalent experience of 10 years.
  • minimum 7 years of product management experience, preferably working with enterprise or platform products
  • experience with GTM platforms such as Salesforce CRM, Marketing Automation platforms, or Customer Support systems
  • Understand how technology platforms support sales operations, marketing engagement, and the customer lifecycle
  • Have curiosity and experience exploring AI-powered product capabilities, including tools such as Salesforce Agentforce, Claude, or other modern AI platforms
  • Can identify and prototype AI-driven use cases that improve sales productivity, marketing effectiveness, or support operations
  • Are comfortable working across business stakeholders, engineering teams, and IT organizations to drive product outcomes
  • Have a strong ability to translate business problems into scalable platform solutions
  • Are data-driven and use metrics and insights to guide product decisions
  • Thrive in environments with ambiguity and can prioritize effectively across competing initiatives
