What you'd actually do

  1. Own specific product areas or capabilities within Identity Threat Protection (ITP), driving delivery from concept through launch and iteration
  2. Partner with senior product managers to shape roadmap priorities and translate strategy into clear, executable plans
  3. Develop a strong understanding of customer problems and the evolving identity attack surface, including human identities, AI agents, and non-human identities (NHIs)
  4. Define clear product requirements, user experiences, and success criteria to enable efficient and high-quality engineering execution
  5. Work closely with engineering, design, and security teams to deliver scalable, reliable product capabilities

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, or identity-related products
  • Foundational experience or exposure to identity or security domains such as IAM, threat detection, security operations, or incident response
  • Strong communication skills (presentation, verbal, and written) with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
  • Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems and drive structured execution in ambiguous environments
  • Experience defining product requirements and working closely with engineering teams to deliver customer-facing capabilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure outcomes
  • Technical foundation (Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience) sufficient to engage in technical discussions and influence design decisions
  • Proven ability to deliver meaningful product outcomes and contribute to business impact

Nice to have

  • Experience contributing to the development and iteration of enterprise-scale products
  • Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) concepts, protocols, and systems
  • Exposure to security products such as XDR, SIEM, SSE, or threat detection platforms
  • Experience working in cross-functional product teams spanning engineering, design, and go-to-market functions
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and ramp in complex technical domains
  • Advanced degree in a technical or business field
