The Entra Conditional Access team is chartered to help our customers to confidently manage secure access to their organizational resources and is core to Microsoft’s Zero Trust solution. We are looking for a Product Manager II to join our team.

This position is posted for multiple U.S. locations, including remote. If you are based in Redmond, WA area you will be required to work onsite three days per week.
Responsibilities
- Anticipates customers’ unmet needs and market opportunities for enhancements to Entra Conditional Access.
- Demonstrates and builds enterprise-grade product experiences across team & divisional boundaries.
- Influences and drives engagement with cross-functional internal partnerships, external partners, including early adopting customers, executive leadership, and other key stakeholders to gather input and garner support for product plans and roadmap.
- Ensure alignment between the roadmap with the team’s Objective & Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
**Other Requirements: **
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).
- 2+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).
Product Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.
