Product Manager Ii, AI Health Foundations

Google Google · Big Tech · Bucharest, Romania

Product Manager for Google Health Coach's data nervous system, focusing on the intersection of hardware sensors, distributed systems, and Generative AI. The role involves managing the end-to-end journey of biometric data from device detection to AI insights, solving latency challenges, and defining real-time health for users. The PM will partner with Research on algorithms, own user data across surfaces, establish trust goals for the intelligence stack, and bridge technical gaps between engineering, AI Research, and Gemini teams to unlock agentic capabilities.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with Research to define requirements for Human Performance Algorithms, optimizing for high-confidence activity detection and signal reliability in complex, real-world environments.
  2. Own the end-to-end journey of user data across hardware, mobile, and cloud surfaces, managing technical solutions to eliminate latency and systemic friction.
  3. Establish trust goals for the intelligence stack, and develop metrics and transparency frameworks to ensure AI-driven insights are technically accurate.
  4. Author high-complexity specifications that translate ambiguous biometric and system challenges into executable engineering workstreams. Act as the primary technical bridge between Device Engineering, AI Research, and Gemini teams to align roadmaps and unlock new agentic capabilities.
  5. Comply with all company health and safety policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
